2. DONOT GO HOME - EAT AT CENTRE SO LIMITED AMOUNT YOU EAT.
3. KEEP FRUITES AT CENTRE AND SPROUTES
4. HOT WATER IN JUG AT CENTRE
5. STANDING WORK START AT CENTRE 1 HR AND 2 HRS LIKE THIS 4 HOURS STANDING WORK
6. FOLLOW RULES AND CHECK DAILY
7. START THE PLAN AND FOLLOW FOR FOOD .
