Environment for Healing

Take the necessary time to rest and replenish.

Make sure you are following the circadian rhythms and staying in balance, with life, work, and rest (more coming soon).

Eating a diet that is conducive to healing.

Ayurveda does an excellent job of helping to determine the right diet through determining your unique #doshas (more coming soon)

Set clear boundaries with work, friends, and family. Don't say yes to other when that means jeopardizing your own wellbeing.

Spiritual work can help with managing stress. Make sure you are meditating, praying, chanting, etc daily to help clear out bad vibrations and bring in good vibrations.

Yes, life becomes chaotic. I know, I've been there. It's difficult to juggle everything. But your health HAS to be your number one priority.
