28-8-2019 : GOAL FOR THE DAY FOR WEIGHT LOSS

1. EAT ONLY IN THE AFTERNOON AT 1 PM WITH SALAD
2. NIGHT EAT ONLY FRUITES 
3. BE BUSY WITH THE WORK
4. STANDING WORK - DO 3 TO 4 HOURS OF STANDING WORK INSTEAD OF SITTING AT OFFICE TODAY 
5. USE THE STOMACH BELT FOR 3-4 HOURS 
6. HOT WATER + HONEY 3 TO 4 TIMES DRINK WITH OR WITHOUT LEMON 
7. ONLY 1 TIME FOOD FOR COMPLETE MONTH FROM TODAY - -NIGHT ONLY FRUITES AND JUICES
